Raffi Elchemmas is relentless about improving safety & health across the construction industry. As the Executive Director of Safety, Health, and Risk Management for Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), he serves 3,000 of the nation’s most professional and best qualified mechanical industry contractors. Prior to MCAA, Raffi was the National Manager for Health & Safety at Milwaukee Tool, and the Ergonomics and Product Safety Manager at Greenlee. Raffi is an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, Certified Safety Professional (CSP),Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), and is board certified in professional ergonomics. Raffi earned his BS in Kinesiology and MBA in Health Sector Management.
