Chad is the Director of Training & Jobsite Safety and Security for Werner North America for over 7 years. Werner is a leading manufacturer for fall protection and climbing products. Retired from the US Air Force after 21 years with over 38 years of safety expertise in construction and industrial. He has made significant contributions through innovations, publications, research, and training which directly impacts safety on the jobsite. Chad is sought after by many companies for his vast knowledge before making a decision on their safety policies and procedures. He brings the training down to earth for even the least-experienced worker. He puts a desire in the minds of all that he teaches to think twice before making a bad decision. Chad has been quoted in many magazines, such as Safety and Health Magazine, Roofing Magazine, and Utility Products. His knowledge from Fall Protection to Ladders is what earned him the reputation of being the person everyone wants to go to. Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and three grandchildren. He is the administrator of The Ray of Hope girl’s orphanage in India and the treasurer for the Transformation India Movement, helping those who can’t help themselves. He continues to dive deeper in his academic/leadership interests as a Mentoring Leadership Trainer through John Maxwell and certified by Dave Ramsey as a Financial Coach. His desire to help mentor others with his leadership and financial skills is just one more way he can pour his life into people, both on and off the job.
