He leads a team of 19 full-time safety professionals and has built an award-winning safety culture rooted in field involvement and trust. With 15+ years in safety leadership and over a decade of field experience as a union cement mason, Joe bridges real-world trade knowledge with proven safety strategies. He serves on the SMACNA National Safety Committee and multiple regional safety committees, championing practical, field-driven programs that keep crews engaged and every worker going home safe.
