Rob Kosto serves as Vice President of Health, Safety & Environmental for JT THORPE Group. Throughout his 35-year career in the construction industry, Rob has led several organizations as Director of HSE. His efforts have resulted in improved safety cultures, reduced risk exposure, and lower TRIRs. With a background in industrial and commercial construction, Rob brings a blend of formal training and practical field experience to his current role. In addition to his credentials as an OSHA-authorized trainer, Rob is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT), and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). Rob continues to advance industry best practices by driving innovation and strengthening HSE performance across all levels of the organization
