Jason Galoozis Safety Director, PremiStar Chair, Safety Committee for the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) Jason Galoozis has championed safety and risk management for more than 20 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in safety management and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), among other safety certifications. Specializing in risk mitigation, loss prevention and underwriting, Jason’s work for Fortune 500 insurers took him across the United States as he reviewed large Owner Controlled Insurance Programs/Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP/CCIP) for high-risk clients. After 20 years of service in the insurance industry, Jason seized the opportunity to become the safety director at PremiStar. In this role, he galvanized an innovative and award-winning safety and risk mitigation department that advances the company’s culture of safety through continuous education, development and OSHA-compliant programs. Jason also leads a team of safety professionals on and off jobsites and combines a proactive approach to identifying high-risk situations with a commitment to provide the highest level of safety for every project.
